Open enrollment is Nov. 1–Dec. 15 for coverage starting Jan. 1, 2019. Marylanders can now view 2019 plans and prices at MarylandHealthConnection.gov or through the free Enroll MHC mobile app. And this year, there is some big news: many health plan rates are lower. Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program
The Washington County Health Department is offering a program to help Maryland residents control their blood pressure. Participants will receive a free blood pressure monitor that they can use to check their blood pressure at home. Participants will also work with their healthcare provider to keep their blood pressure under control. There is a limited number of blood pressure monitors available.
Walk Maryland Day
