Open enrollment is Nov. 1–Dec. 15 for coverage starting Jan. 1, 2019. Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program
The Washington County Health Department is offering a program to help Maryland residents control their blood pressure. Participants will receive a free blood pressure monitor that they can use to check their blood pressure at home. Participants will also work with their healthcare provider to keep their blood pressure under control. There is a limited number of blood pressure monitors available.
