Tammi Fuller of the nursing division has been selected as the employee of the quarter. Tammi is a quintessential employee who has had a huge impact in the community, especially on the younger population. As the program coordinator for reproductive health services, she has compassion and respect for each individual she works with and alongside. Tammi spends time with clients and makes them feel safe and comfortable. She offers a wealth of knowledge and experience and provides services in a non-judgmental way. Tammi maintains a good working relationship with community partners and spends countless hours on the program to ensure all aspects run smoothly. She is a planner who looks ahead to see opportunities and make things work. Recently, she spent many hours on the phone to get information for a client who needed specialized care. The patient had no insurance and wasn’t of the eligible age for assistance from a different community program. Tammi went above and beyond to help ensure something would work to meet the client’s needs. Tammi is compassionate about her work and the community – a true asset! Her staff and clients love her!
