Rural Health Transformation Program Listening Session

The Maryland Department of Health and the Washington County Health Department are seeking concepts and approaches that can help transform rural health in Maryland.

• Learn more about the new Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) program: the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).
• Provide input that will help inform MDH’s proposal to the RHTP for funding.
