Prevent type 2 diabetes with this free lifestyle change program offered online!
The National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) is an evidence-based lifestyle change program for preventing type 2 diabetes. It can help people cut their risk of developing type 2 diabetes in half! In this year-long program, you will work with a trained lifestyle coach to adopt healthy lifestyle habits to help you lose weight in order to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes.
Participants in this class will receive a scale to weigh themselves on as well as other healthy lifestyle supports. Participants will also be able to participate in a free blood-pressure self-monitoring program.

Anyone who has prediabetes or is at risk for type 2 diabetes and is overweight is eligible!* Take the prediabetes risk test to find out if you are at risk.
