Healthy Living Lunch & Learn

Heading into the Great American Smoke Out on Thursday, Nov. 17, here is your opportunity to learn more about how to thrive during stressful time in healthier ways than lighting up or using other tobacco products. A free presentation on stress management will take place from noon-1 p.m. with lunch included and door prizes to win! Afterwards, stick around to visit vendors until 1:30 p.m. to find local resources to help you be a healthier you as we head into the holiday season. LIMITED LUNCHEON SPACE.
