Dana Linton of the administration department was selected as the Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter of FY24. Dana is professional, polite and kind, especially under circumstances that are often less than perfect. The clients she serves are from all walks of life and areas of the world, who not only need help with many challenges life has sent their way, but often speak English only as a second language or not at all. Dana is always there with a smile, a professional yet friendly attitude and the willingness to help. Her professionalism carries through to her interactions with her co-workers. Because Dana is always prompt when answering phones, very polite when answering questions and very respectful of others’ time when asking for help, it creates a mutual respect and sense of cooperation that allows everyone she works with to do the best for the health department’s clients. Often, we don’t meet our clients in person, but Dana has the perfect qualities for making a great first impression on behalf of us all. She is a true asset and blessing, providing customer service in the best way!
