Help Us Better Understand Food Access and Security Issues In Our Community
Healthy Washington County with support from the Washington County Health Department is currently conducting a brief community survey to hear what folks in our area think about the current food access and security issues that exist.

Participants complete the survey anonymously – answers cannot be traced back to the respondent – but there is an opportunity to offer contact information on a separate form at the end of the survey. Anyone providing contact information will be entered into a raffle drawing for one of 10 available Home Garden Grower Gift Baskets. Survey participation is voluntary, and a decision not to complete the survey will not affect any of the services a person receives in Washington County. Survey answers will be summarized in a report to further protect the anonymity of respondents.
Participants must be 18 years or older to be eligible to complete the survey.
The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete. One survey should be completed per person. Survey responses must be submitted by Aug. 8, 2026.
