The Washington County Health Department is offering a program to help Maryland residents control their blood pressure. Participants will receive a free blood pressure monitor that they can use to check their blood pressure at home. Participants will also work with their healthcare provider to keep their blood pressure under control. There is a limited number of blood pressure monitors available.

Walk Maryland Day is Wednesday, October 10, 2018! Walk Maryland Day is a celebration of our official state exercise–walking! To celebrate, there will be a walk at noon on the Hagerstown Cultural Trail. All participants will receive a miniature Maryland flag!
