Choosing to be a Wise Elder Workshop

The group is for individuals 55 and older that would like to share their life journey with others and will address what it means to be an elder, wisdom by design, challenges of being an elder and being physically, mentally and spiritually whole. This group will meet for 4 weeks and is a celebration of life. We will be viewing a section of the movie On Golden Pond each week.
