DESCRIPTION:All parents\, guardians and students (18 and older) are encouraged to attend and learn about what every parent/guardian should know about substance abuse. \nWhen: Wednesday March 20 form 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm \nWhere: South Hagerstown High School \n  \nPresentations will be given by the Washington County Health Department Prevention Services\, and Maryland Coalition of Families\, and a tour of H.O.P.E.
